Has anyone had experience with this belt system?

Yeah some of us do. I have the Rallye-4 ASM which is very similar, and I use it for autox and the rare HPDE.

IIRC the connections arenā€™t quite right for an 18+ car but they work on 15-17s.

They do what I need, which is hold me in place a lot better than the stock belts. If I went to real racing seats with facilities for sub belts Iā€™d for sure rather have a 6-point and a Hans, but the car is a daily driver and autocross is my main jam, so these ASM belts work for now.

I have the Quickfit Pro for driver and passenger on my 2017 GT. Definitely worth buying if you do any track time, in my opinion.

Not street legal in most parts of North America nor is it intended for that. I have one, it's a good piece for the track, easy to install and does not interfere with the OEM street 3 point harness at all, including the pre-tensioner. However, even with Recaros it will not do what a roll bar, proper racing seat and 6 point harness will do. Which is where I'm headed now.

I have the system on a 15... love the fact the the original belt remains for daily driving. I currently have the car up for sale. Will be removing the belt and putting up for sale i car doesn't sell quickly :)

I bought the regular version. If I did it again I would pay extra for the Pro.

Way better than the stock belts for autocross or track use.

Thanks Folks, for the responses. Sounds like this may be the way to go especially for someone like me who's only planning about four track days per summer...

Just one small correction - the Schroth harnesses are US DOT legal for specific vehicle applications. In this case, the QuickFit for the Mustang is legal for street use but be prepared to argue with a cop who may not know better if they decide to nitpick you.

As far as the US, it's DOT approved so 100% street legal. May not be the case for Canada and Mexico, but I'm guessing a vast majority of people on here are not from those 2 countries.

We usually stock these colors. They are 100% DOT legal, but recommend running the 3 point on the street, use a HANS device and they are only certified with the Factory seats. They can be used will a roll bar, you just run the shoulder belts over the cross bar to the rear attachment points, not to the bar.

Life changing how much more control you have when you do not fall out of the seat.

Or you just run the stock belts on the street, which is probably more convinent anyway. If your lazy, you don't even have to remove the Schroth belts.

That describes me. I use the stock belt on the street, and my lazy ass leaves the other belts attached

What's it take for the supplier to source a '18+ compatible seatbelt end? (I think it's something silly like 2.25" wide vs 2.5" tongue) Us 18+ owners are 'dying' out here waiting for a trivial solution.

Right, I never remove them, I just tuck them back out of the way and use the stock 3 point belt, takes about 20 seconds to go from stored out of the way to using them. The stock 3 point is for sure legal and probably safer on the street since it's designed to work with all the rest of the passenger restraint system pieces. They are good, but they have their limits even with Recaros, which I have found and am now moving up the ladder.

This system will work with all newer Mustangs as well if you install this buckle in place of the receiver in the back seat: FR3Z-6360044-AB
I have it installed in my 2020 GT500. Works great.
BTW: There is also a silver color version as well.
