Do you guys miss the heated/ cooled seats?
Not one bit. Everything about the seats is worth the option delete IMO.

I love them glad I didn't settle. Haven't really put them to the test in an auto-x or anything but in a little but of messing around and freeway off/on-ramps the bolstering is fantastic. They fit me perfectly.

I really dig my gt350 recaros. But I have the stock leather cooled and heated seats also. So I can swap em, but I don't see that happening. The recaros are much nicer, even more so that the std mustang recaros

Yeah if you're a big dude these things are aggressive. No doubt they are comfortable and beautiful but be ready to be a little surprised they put a seat this aggressive in a production car. Coming from an EVO IX with Recaro's, these are MUCH tighter. I would strongly suggest you sit in a car equipped with them prior to purchase. Also this is something I have not seen mentioned, it's much harder to look over your shoulder to check blind spots with the Recaros. The seat is just taller and wider towards the top than the normal headrests. I test drove a car with regular seats (they are nice), and only sat in a Recaro equipped car prior to purchase and when I first actually drove my car with Recaros I was a little surprised at the lack of visibility. Just a couple things to consider.

If you're anything like me..... I had the Recaros in my head from the get go and even though they felt a little tighter than I was hoping, there was not much that could have convinced me to not get them.

Mustang's aren't available in the UK yet so I've not yet ordered one, nor do we have the Recaro option yet - but I hope it becomes available because Recaros are worth every darn penny.

I have part leather, part faux suede Recaros in my current car and holy-hell they are amazingly comfortable! Corner right on the limits and you simply wont break loose. But when you're just cruising along for hours on end they're perfect - no back issues or feeling of fatigue at all.

Plus they look cool. ;)

When I get the mustang the lack of heated seats with Recaros will be a major downside, given that they're all leather the all too common sub zero temperatures in Winter and Autumn will be like sitting on a block of ice!

But then, I could just buy one of these from Amazon.

What I don't understand is why the Recaros aren't at least heated...ok, at least the leather ones??? I have a 2004 Ford Focus SVT w/the Euro package and heated leather Recaros. If they had these in a Ford vehicle 10+ yrs ago why not now???

Cost, maybe? Even the standard 'stang's Recaros appear to be more "race-spec" (for lack of a better phrase) than the usual slew of Recaros in other road cars.

Or maybe its a weight/size issue. Heating elements and aircon ventilation adds a considerable amount of weight as well as bulk to any seat. The seats in my Kia GT look double the thickness of the stang! God only knows what they weigh...

Only reason I could see not going w/them I guess.... still, to offer heated & cooled seats then up charge to loose those features???

I realize the cost is 'over stock' but it still just feels wrong.... I've got base seats right now and will snag a pair of Recaros the first chance I get...either Focus ones if they'll fit or Mustang ones...

i debated about recaros for weeks up until couple days before I got mine. the stock leather seats are still great with more options and cost less money...however that doesn't mean i'n glad I didn't get the recaros. If they were heated/cooled I would have... I also didn't see the point because I was paying full price for 401a and wouldn't get memory seats I paid for in 401a on the recaros. It's also kinda weird since the buttons on the dash for heated/cooled are just a black piece of solid plastic.

either way can't go wrong but yes the recaros are badass

A friend of mine has a 13 with the leather recaros. I LOOOVE those! So awesome and look sleek in leather. Never felt uncomfortable.
