BTW. You can turn off the seat moving on shut off in the settings. Advanced Settings - vehicle - easy entry/exit.

My car doesn’t have that option. It didn’t come with power seats.

You have to turn that option on with forscan then go into the menu and turn it off.

I'm not good with forscan. Just know it can be done, as I've met a guy who added the power seats like you. I have the power seats so I wasn't interested in how he did it exaclty. It was also almost 2 years ago at a car show.

Get a VIN number for a similarly equipped car that has the memory package and compare the as-built line for line for differences. One of them will be the one to enable the menu option. There may be another to enable the function as well. This is how I added the rear diff temp sender and gauge to mine.

I’m dealing with something similar. I’m planning to do an electric base swap on my Recaros, so I bought two electric bases, one driver side and one passenger side. Recaro-equipped cars are not pre-wired for comfort seats, so I had to run everything myself, power, ground and MS-CAN wiring.

During test fitting, the first thing I noticed was the easy entry/exit movement when turning off the car. Before modifying the Recaros permanently, I wanted to make sure everything worked as intended.

I haven’t looked into Forscan yet to enable or disable the option in the cluster, but right now I cannot control the feature, while the seat still performs the movement.

When I figure out how to enable the option in the cluster (IPC) so I can turn the feature on or off, I’ll post an update.
