For those that like to nap in their car, whether it's on your lunch break, or you have to leave home very early just to beat traffic only to arrive to work an hour early, we pretty much figured out that the Recaro seats are not comfortable at all for sleeping.
They do not recline very far back, the seatback is very firm, and it feels like you're sitting on top of the seat bolsters.
And let's not forget, the lack of a headrest. You're resting your head against the middle of the plastic piece where the harnesses go into.

Unfortunately, we have to live with the fact that we are gonna have a hard time napping sitting in our awesome recaros.
Until I came up with one fix.
For the headrest, simply take some sort of thick microfiber towel
Like this:
Fold it and place it where your head goes.

Now you can rest your head against something soft and have somewhat of a decent nap.
