If I sold my car for 100k, I'd be losing money.Hi all, not trying to start a heated debate here but I am curious to know how many of us fall under this umbrella. For those of you who got your hands on a 2020 or 2021 GT500 for MSRP and either flipped it or considered flipping it, what was the motive?
Would you sell your car for $100k if you paid MSRP for it, assuming a non CFTP given the current shortages and uncertainty in 2022 GT500 MY as well as knowing that this could potentially be the last supercharged V8 Shelby?

I'm confused with your logic. Shouldn't it be about showing verified proof that you CAN?Thatās because āmost on hereā are just regurgitating the same rumor they heard and not one single person has provided proof that you canāt order a CFTP HE.
People are making the claim that you canātā¦burden of proof is on them. Iāve made no claim.I'm confused with your logic. Shouldn't it be about showing verified proof that you CAN?

All the notes limit what cannot be ordered. So if itās not limited, it can be ordered. Thatās the way it works.I'm confused with your logic. Shouldn't it be about showing verified proof that you CAN?
no painted stripe on the special edition? i feel like that would be worth it on this model? That's an interesting question. Most on here have said the HE is not going to be an option on the CFTP. My dealership placed an initial order spec as a CFTP HE. That means Brittany blue with Wimbledon white stripes.
If it turns out HE is not an option on a CFTP, I will got with Oxford white with Kona blue stripes.
I am going to call the GM today and get the priority code changed to 10.
No, not for me for $10,000. They won't do the side strip with the POTT from the factory. I know one could not get it done aftermarket but $10,000 is too much for me for painted on.no painted stripe on the special edition? i feel like that would be worth it on this model?
You are correct. They seem to be pretty strong to me. No used GT500 is going for msrp right now, even some with over 10k miles are going over msrp. Mind you, this is the listed price, not actual sales figures.
Which wheels you got? I may be interested in buying themI got MSRP offer with 8K miles on it, but aftermarket wheels, Expel, and other upgrades would be lost. They did say I could put the OEM wheels back on.
Signature wheels/SV302S - PS4s. 21s, 305 front and 325 rear. 5K gentle miles on them.Which wheels you got? I may be interested in buying them
Wish you the best of luck. Post pics after you get it.I am now getting a CFTP at MSRP through my same dealership I bought the 2017 GT350 and 2020 GT500 from at MSRP. I called them and made sure I was number one for a 2022 allocation before selling the 2020.
