At this point in time, I wouldn't sell it even if I could get more than I paid for it. I love this car too much

I sold my 2020 after owning it for 6 months and putting 3,400 miles on it. I bought it new at MSRP. I sold it for $8,000 more than I paid because I wanted to upgrade to a 2022 CFHP. That plan did not work out since Ford killed the CFHP for 2022. I am now getting a CFTP at MSRP through my same dealership I bought the 2017 GT350 and 2020 GT500 from at MSRP. I called them and made sure I was number one for a 2022 allocation before selling the 2020.

All of that because I want the carbon wheels and was looking at not paying the extra money for a giant wing. The $8,000 profit pretty much would have offset the price of the CFHP but that does not matter now. I look at it as I am cutting the cost of the CFTP by a bit, taxes not withstanding LOL.
Gotta pay the tax man.

Your dealer may have any allocation…like mine, but Ford hasn’t said who can order the CFTP cars yet. Dealers can place orders, but that doesn’t mean Ford will pick them up.

Correct because allocations have not been released yet as you said. Historically, every dealership has the option for one allocation. Getting more and CFTP is another story.
