If they were to change the tune that would require a revisit to the dealership or ASE to remap it to maintain warranty. Maybe newer releases will be updated but I would say that anyone with the current tune is SOL.
It would make sense if they had setups based on US altitudes and fuel based on zones. Other email tunes allow you to datalog to fine tune to your specific area for those reasons. Good luck with the package.
