I look at my car as an emotional value in my life, it brings me happiness and therefore it is worth it for me. My car has an intangible value, stuff that is not made of $$.

I expect LR281 to do quite well tomorrow and suggest that the final OTD price will be in the low 6 figure mark.https://bringatrailer.com/listing/2020-ford-mustang-shelby-gt350r-63/
2020 up for sale basically still brand new. Should be fun to watch it cross tomorrow. Any predictions?
maybe…the 17s don’t command the numbers that the 20s dohttps://bringatrailer.com/listing/2017-ford-mustang-shelby-gt350r-36/
This was a strong auction! It seemed to me that prices have softened a little.
I thought that was very strong money for a 17 with 6k miles. But, all it takes is 2 people that want it.maybe…the 17s don’t command the numbers that the 20s do
Is that an aftermarket STB? My 2017 has a black three point that makes oil checks a PITA.https://bringatrailer.com/listing/2017-ford-mustang-shelby-gt350r-36/

No. That is the stock brace. Is that an aftermarket STB? My 2017 has a black three point that makes oil checks a PITA.
As you are probably aware the 2017 GT350R model year produced the largest number of R models for the 6-year run with 942 examples built.I'll sell my 17R with 3.5k on it for 85,000 right now then (just kidding, i love the car and can't bring myself to sell it unless i got desperate)
Don't you mean October 2017? Just before the 2018s started? October 2016 is the end is the GR Chassis sequence numbers. No?As you are probably aware the 2017 GT350R model year produced the largest number of R models for the 6-year run with 942 examples built.
Given your high chassis number along with some pre-production R models being built for the 2017 model year you obviously have a very late built and suggest the build timeline for HR909 would be sometime around October 2016?
Great question and you might be right (presently traveling) and maybe I have the build year wrong for HR909?Don't you mean October 2017? Just before the 2018s started? October 2016 is the end is the GR Chassis sequence numbers. No?
Agreed that the 2018 R models started production in the Fall of 2017 with the FRAP ceasing production for all R models around the end of October 2017 due to the chronic Michelin Sport Cup 2 tire issues that plagued those tires during the cold weather season.I would think that the last R of a series, H = 2017 in this example, would be assembled towards the end of production for that model year. So Chassis HR909, (out of 942 Rs) would be buiit late in the model year. Doesn't Ford end production of 2017 MY cars in late Summer or early Fall of 2017? And they start producing 2018 MY cars JR Chassis in Fall or 2017?
Obviously my calculations are based on Chassis Numbers being assembled in order. Which we know were not. So all bets are really off.
