I have a 2017 GT that I’ve upgraded the intake manifold to the GT 350 manifold and 87 mm throttlebody. Throttle response is very sporadic throughout RPM range. It’s like riding a bucking horse. Almost undrivable The only time it seems to run smooth is when I’m wide open throttle. It’s been tuned by two different companies and I’m still here having the issue.
does anyone have any experience with this?

Try a crank relearn and see if that takes care of it. I happen to have a ported 91MM factory Bullitt tb paired with my GT350 IM that came standard from the factory on my Bullitt. The difference in your car and mine is, yours uses an analogue signal for the tb, whereas mine uses a digital signal.

You don’t have a throttle controller on your car do you? I have one on mine and it bucks just like you describe on the drag race setting on the street, but not at WOT.

No throttle controller on it. How would you do a crank relearn?
