Here in Europe you can get 19" and 20" steel emergency wheels that fit.
Costs only just under 200 €, currently about $200 (including EU shipping without customs costs, which do not apply within the EU).
With the alloy emergency wheel from the suppliers linked here, the EU customers also incur costs due to overseas shipping and on top of that ~23% customs duty is due, so the just under $500 will be over $700.
The alloy emergency wheel would have been preferable to me, but not at the price.

There is just an emergency wheel rim available for US: https://www.ebay.com/itm/194018317668

I would recommend the emergency jack from Ford that comes with the 18" emergency wheel.
The one that comes with the emergency wheels (even the $500 emergency wheel from modernspare.com) is not that great quality. The same goes for the wrench.

Hey mate, where did you get the GT350R brake package from and what rims are you using. I'm thinking of going the same way.
Got the brakes from Herrod Performance along with the 20" Mach 1 Handling Pack style wheels... Photos below. I had the calipers powder coated to match the Appearance package colour orange and Brembo printed over the top, normally the GT350R calipers are red out of the box. FYI the rears come with replacement drive shafts as there is a change in the hub carrier mounting points for the drive shafts. The brakes are available from a few places in SE QLD.

Looks great, exactly what I want. Spoke with Herrod today about the same package. Where did you get it all fitted.

At Herrod, sent car to Melbourne, one stop shop so no issues…

Cheers mate. Mine came from Melbourne so not sending it back ha ha. Hi Torque at Arundel was recommended by Herrod so probably go that way. Does it drive and handle any different to the stock set up.

For my understanding the brake of the Mach1 is the same as of Bullitt and USDM GT with Performance Pack (and all EU GT come with PP from factory)?!

This could be interesting for you, a store (with de domain) with company seat in Opava (Czechia):
https://www.autonotrad.de/c/mustang-vi-3
There steel spare wheels are available as 18", 19" and 20".
The 19" wheel fits the Bullitt and EU-spec GT, the 20" wheel is larger, but also heavier.
My recommendation, buy only the spare wheel there and leave the junk jack and even worse wheel wrench there.
The set seems attractive, but the quality is unfortunately rather unusable.

According to the info at the respective pages, none is compatible with Mach 1. Are you sure it clears Mach 1 breaks?
It shows it as not being compatible with the GT either.

It's on the eBay seller to ensure that tool works properly, and it looks like they haven't done it.

There's nothing special about Mach brakes vs PP1/PP2 brakes, other than color.

Thanks for the hint. I found out that there indeed is a company in the Czech Republic, which makes the spare tyre wheels for many brands. They have a virtual presence in many national internet domains:
