Full Boost - RPM ? PD Blower

As the pretty crappy title suggests. At what Rpm do you guys hit full boost? I'm under the assumption that pd blowers hit full boost at lower rpm 2k or 3k. Any thoughts?

I see around 5 psi around 2500 to 3000k but it takes up to 6500 to get to 10 psi. I thought 10 psi would hit sooner than that.

Centrifugals make way lower boost down low and in the mid range. I think I make maybe 4#s at 4000rpm and that is on its way to 15#s at 7500.

I have the Ford Racing phase 1 670 kit and see 4 to 5lbs at 1500 rpm.
