It keeps pressure around 400 and rises with revs but immediately drops back down and at idle bounces constantly down and up in psi.
Normal.

Pressure fluctuates as the injectors open and close, and probably is also effected by the HPFP pulsing or pumping.

Again though, If you had a fuel delivery issue, I would expect it to effect all cylinders, not just consistently 5,7,8 - especially if you moved injectors to the opposite bank

Ever get any lean codes or low fuel pressure codes?

No lean codes or low fuel pressure codes, oil smells like gas though, was fresh when I started having issues and now smells like gas.
My thought process was, if it has a bad seal or leak in the pump itself, it may still be providing fuel but not what is needed with proper pressure and leads to the misfires and smell of gas in oil.

You are getting fuel in the oil, then you are most likely having raw fuel cause cylinder wash down. What were your compression numbers on cylinder 5,7,8 compared to the others?

Like Mike said, you could have a GDI injector leaking. Did you move the injectors from bank 1, over to bank 2? (both port and DI)

They were all similar in numbers, cylinder 7 was lowest number but still within 10% of the others. I can’t remember or find my exact numbers right now.
Top side injectors have all been swapped from one side to another but lower side I think I only swapped them with others on the same bank as I didn’t want to crack open the all fuel lines right away if I didn’t have to. I guess I’m past that point now lol can I check those injectors by using a bore scope and pressurizing the fuel system to see if there are leaks?

Not a bad idea really, although Im not sure if any fuel would make it through the GDI pump if the engine isn't spinning

Remove the spark plugs from 5/7/8 and see if they are soaked in fuel
