If it was an exhaust leak, shouldn't I have noticed these issues before the whipple and fuel system? I had the longtubes installed before anything else and raced at the track on the stock tune with them.

If nothing was touched on the exhaust and there’s no obvious leak then it is probably not exhaust

I seriously doubt it is injectors. One whole bank doesn’t just mess up all at the same time. It’s something that controls one bank. Sensor, ground left loose on back of manifold, o2, damaged wire

Found this kink in one of the fuel lines near the back of the car at the fuel pump. Seems like this could possibly be the problem?

The shop should replace that line if they’re responsible for damaging it. Fore should have part numbers for the individual fuel lines. Once it’s swapped out, retest to see if that fixed the problem. If you can see that kink in the line, the installer had to have seen it and knew that he did it too.

Ya I already sent them the picture and will have them replace it. The mechanic 100% should have noticed that and ignored it but I'm a little worried now because the shop owner said he went over every single thing on Friday himself and said it all looks good.

That irritates me every time I hear about a shop/mechanic trying to be nickel slick with a customer. Hell, if they F up, man up and fix it right. Don’t be trying to cover ish up and act like you don’t know what it could be SMDH. I hope they get you straightened out and quickly too. They should be paying for Fore to overnight the parts.

I’d pull the skid cover over the fuel lines to see if everything else looks good under there.

If you're getting issues from one bank to another, it's a very strong indicator it's mechanical and not tune related.

Any reason you plumbed in series? I'm not as familiar with the DI setups but I would think two regulators in series at pretty different settings would be surgy/fight with each other under certain conditions.

Wow.... Try a straight 58 PSI to see if it will work right.
If that works then it is definitely a plumbing problem. I would still check the 02s first.
