Ill be at Thill on the 26th of April and again in early June. Anyhow, Diff bolts came in, went to ford yesterday and got new axle nuts and a tube of TA31. Also pickup some grommets, more blue Loctite, and 3 different sizes of wire loom. Looks like the kit will arrive mid next week.

Very cool. I’ll be at Thunderhill on 5/16 or 17 or both. I will look into the other dates as well.
Make sure the TA31 is ok to use. It calls for TA30 but it may not make a difference.

I might add that the wiring can be simplified a bit to eliminate the thermostat and just trigger the pump/fan with a switch. The diff will never see very high temps unless your running on the track (totally unnecessary on the street) so I usually flip the switch on after the first warm up lap and let it run the entire session. You can play with the thermostat, but based on feedback from another member running this same system having the thermostat fail I went this route instead.

For the switch I used the Moroso lighted switch (#97543) and mounted just to the right of the steering wheel on plastic panel that covers the interior A/C temp sensor. It blends in very well and is readily accessible.
You'll also need a different relay - grab the Bosch 332019150 Relay

Below is the wiring diagram I made:

Diff is out, FTB kit arriving Wednesday. Meanwhile installing the Watson bar, having the diff out is making the job much easier.

With the help of a good buddy who is extremely mechanically inclined we got my camber plates on, alignment done and rear diff cooler installed last weekend. It went fairly smoothly. I have an 18 and will point out the torx socket that came with the kit won’t work on an 18 as the bolt heads are torx plus. That slowed us down a little. My buddy cut the switch out of the wiring and we wired it to a hot ignition switched on souce so it’s hot and ready to go when the thermostat grounds at the desired setting.

Does anyone know on the thermostat dial provided with the kit which direction to turn the nob to get the lowest/highest temp setting?

Looks good. Counter clock wise for lowest activation and clock wise for the highest. Mine is about half ways and activates around 200-225

Got my socket set at Harbor Freight. Way better socket which sounds weird to say.

After reading all the paperwork last night, I have decided to go with a simple on/off switch setup. Though the thermostat setup isn't all that complicated, it still has more fail points than I like. Also don't have to go through a leaning curve on the thermostat setting. I purchased a Moroso lit switch, Bosch relay and a fuse tap for #36. I will mount the relay right next to the fuse box next to the passengers feet, making the wiring to the back of the car one simple power wire to the pump and fan.
