This is NOT Stangmodes car. This is my friend, good friend Moe's car. He placed an order with 2 dealerships, as he was not convinced they had an allocation. It came to be that they both did, so instead of other options, his original plan has always been to raffle one off, and keep his next one. I have texts to validate this from many weeks ago.
I see it as a net positive. who cares if they make money.. someone is getting a GT500 for $10
I'd happily pay the taxes on it and then trade it in for a C8 Z06 when it comes out. I kid, I kid.TAX INFORMATION:All federal, state, local, and other taxes on prizes and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, are the sole responsibility of the applicable winner. 1- Its not the same, technically i dont think it falls under raffle laws, something abotu the wording. your buying a product, and with that purchase your entered into whatevrDon’t you need some kind of license or charitable affiliation to do a raffle?
It is still federally taxed as income by the IRS. The car has a declared value of $65k in the terms and conditions. You’d pay around 25-35% of that, depending on your tax bracket.1- Its not the same, technically i dont think it falls under raffle laws, something abotu the wording. your buying a product, and with that purchase your entered into whatevr
