šŸ˜‚ but in all honesty I’m hoping it’ll be good for the sport. Maybe we can get a two team fight for the tittle. Make it a bit interesting.
So Red Bull and Ford, Aston Martin and Honda, and Andretti and Cadillac. Yup, sounds good!

Yes, Audi is in. Based on the conversation with Michael Andretti at the Miami Grand Prix it sounds like his deal is pretty much done too.
That would be cool if it pans out. I know he wants an US based F1 team, for many solid reason, to include getting more American drivers into F1. I wonder if that’s going to work out or if they’ll relent be based over seas much like HAAS.

If you are in F1 your main base of operations has to be in the UK or mainland Europe. But, like Haas they will have operations here to.

The thread above is of the W14. Merc is moving away from their zero side pod concept. Front suspension changes made to support. First definitive photos began popping up yesterday. I'd think they'd have any immediate issues worked out this weekend, with first real-world data sets received in Spain.

It was just going to take some time. I mean I think it took longer then it should have but apparently Mercedes likes to feel the pain of losing. When Mercedes was winning everyone was trying to copy Mercedes. They should have scrapped that no side pod after the first year. Like they say an engineer can make anything work on paper. Well they made this work on their computer simulations.

So who’s ready for the most boring race on the calendar? šŸ˜‚
Hello; I guess tradition will keep it on the calendar, but most of these city street courses are the same. Baring a crash or a Ferrari like strategy who ever qualifies 1st is likely to win the race.

Recently NASCAR went back to North Wilkesboro for a race.

I think Monaco while a classic and traditional track something needs to give. I hope that the ā€˜26 cars become smaller more compact. Bring some fun back to tracks like Monaco and Azerbaijan.

It sure does seem like Verstappen has a little knob he dials up at will. Bigtime kudos to Aston and Alonso.

Welp I’m going to go on a limb and say that RB will win every race this year. That should be a record.

Hello; I watched Monaco and later the Indy 500. Have to say the 500 was the much more interesting race. Fact is the 500 may be all by itself may be more interesting than all the F1 races combined this year. Monaco had some moments when it rained and the "best" driver & teams in the world were a comedy of errors.

At least the marina was real.

Agreed watched some of the Indy and the strategizing because of fuel and tires was fun to watch. I think that tires need to be made to not last as long. These tires last 60+ laps is the pentacle of absolute lack of interest. While I agree that the rain and watching teams strategize because of was fun, and I think Aston lost an opportunity to try and win. But over all I had more fun watching Indy today then Monaco.

Hello; Yeah, I do not know if Alonzo could have passed the RB, but that extra pit stop hurt. Guess it was worth a shot.
