I have Forgestar F14 with Mickey Thompson S/S in 305/35 19 and after installing I see they are poking out far more then anyone else with similar setups. Does anyone know what could cause this?

It might be the offset of the wheels.
That does look like it's poking out way too much.

Offset is 56mm, Bought the rims from American Muscle and was told they would fit and be flush.

I would return them if I were you. That doesn't look good at all.
Hopefully you have the email stating that they would fit and be flush. If not, it's heresay. I always get everything in writing as much as possible for reasons like this.
Good luck!!

Looks to me like that wheel on the back is actually a front wheel with the rear tire on it. Look at the sidewall bulge. Try and measure through the spokes and see if it is only 9" or 9.5" wide.

If the offset was 56 mm (assuming wheel is sitting correctly on the hub) then it would fit and be flush. This wheel most likely has 25-35mm offset - have you looked at the ET number on the inside of the spokes ? Take the wheel off and looked it up - it's literally 2 minutes of work. If the stamped number is correct, you will have to measure the offset...

I am pretty sure it would have to be magician to fit 305 wide wheel on 9 or 9.5" wide wheel...

American Muscle does a poor job of validating what's in the box. They don't appear to actually check. That's no 11" rim that's for sure. FLip the wheel over and it's particulars are/should be cast in the backside.

Perhaps, but that sidewall where it meets the tread is a good inch out past the wheel, and so is the inside lip. the 19x9.5 they offer is a +29et.

Fair - it does look pinched.

Well you have good eyes, took them off and they are 19x11 with a 26 offset not a 56. So yeah American Muscle screwed up big and it's going to be a headache for me

I can measure offset just by looking at the car ;-)

Kidding of course - this was only logical alternative. Sorry they messed up - I quit buying anything from American Muscle after they wanted me to open police case on an item that UPS never delivered (or presumably delivered elsewhere), spent three weeks fighting for a refund.

I wont be shopping with them agian, they told me I'm SOL because it's been more then 30 days. Doesn't matter that they sent me rims that dont fit.
