What facts do you have to compare FRPP with Steeda or BMR? Why do you assume FRPP parts are worse?

I'm not stating one is better than the other but I do believe Ford Racing puts lots of engineering hours and $$$$ on their products.
I'm strongly considering the FRPP Track Package.

If you have facts/numbers, please share.
BMR puts a ton of time in theirs and the business is to make it better than FRPP or they wouldn't be in business. Sorry no numbers but BMR is what I've had before and the way I would go.

Steeda ~$460 (#555-1017)
Front Bar: 1 3/8" (34.9MM)
Rear Bar: 1 1/8" (28.5MM)

FRPP ~$339 (#M5490E)
Front Bar: 36.5MM
Rear Bar: 28MM
Where are you getting the FRPP bars for $340?

Levittown Ford. Great price that changes the value equation in my mind (no arguing that BMR and Steeda make a terrific product).

On the FRPP sway bar diameters, the American Muscle site quotes the front diameter as 36.5mm and rear at 25mm (not 28mm). May not be "official" but the 25mm diameter seems more plausible given competitor products.

For reference, the GT PP rear bar is 22 mm.

Reading back through this thread it's hilarious how ppl are quick to say the FRPP bars are subpar to other aftermarket sway bars with absolutely no factual reasoning.

Based on the numbers I'm seeing the rear sway bar is the same size as BMRs and the FRPP front sway is bigger. It's also $100 cheaper at the moment for the FRPP bars. Can someone tell me why the BMR bars are actually better? I'll be using the FRPP ones anyway but just curious

The size of the bar is only part of it. If that was the end all, everyone would make huge ones. Material, manufacturing process, etc all play a role. Kelly from BMR wrote some fantastic info in the last 24 hours in another thread.

Sounds like more meaningless marketing. FRPP materials and manufacturing standards are no less quality than anyone else. I'm talking actual stats that make any others better

He wrote actual numbers, something I have not seen from Ford Racing.

So, you are saying Steeda, BMR, and Ford Racing all the make the same quality product?

I did see that BMR posted up rates which I thanked them for. But at the end of the day it's not a very complex part and no I don't believe for a second that either of them will do the job any better until I hear exactly why.

I'll find out what the rates are for the FRPP bars, but I'm confident they will be right in line with everyone else

Edit: I called and it's proprietary info that they can't share

I was going to buy the FRPP bars from Levittown until they wanted 50 bucks to ship to California.. crazy.

Isn't that still cheaper than any of the alternatives though?

It's a pretty big box and they are shipping from NY to CA so that seems like a fair shipping cost
