LMAO, GM monitors all forums from this media center you speak of. Customer service reps monitor all GM car sites from this center and will pipe in to help people out, but they don't have any involvement in running or owning them...

BMR puts a ton of time in theirs and the business is to make it better than FRPP or they wouldn't be in business. Sorry no numbers but BMR is what I've had before and the way I would go.
