Ford Racing Sway Bars

Does anyone have the Ford Racing sway bars installed on an otherwise stock vehicle? I was looking into them wondering how much they really improve body roll, if they drastically change understeer/oversteer characteristics, and if there was any change in NVH. I drive a GT PP, and coming from an FR-S I'm still not used to this much body roll. However, I do like the ride quality and not ready to give it up with new shocks/springs just yet.

If I'm not mistaken in the size of the bars the FRPP is the same size as the GT PP bar.

I have them and they are bigger.

I have:
FRPP damper
FRPP bars
FRPP toe knuckle bushes
Steeda ultralite linear springs.

Car is comfort, flat, no roll and handles great, I installed bars on softest setting front and rear, car is pretty neutral with great balance.

I wouldn't buy Ford Racing parts when Steeda or BMR make them better.

Springs drastically helped my body roll IMO.

Just put them on my non pp 20 inch wheel car this weekend, had sways on my last 3 mustangs and for whatever reason made a big difference on this one, rides better to.

If you pick these up form Levittown they are significantly cheaper. I'm considering these as much for NVH reasons (I already have the Delrin cradle bushings) as anything. OEM style rubber bushings vs polyurethane. Price is nice too.

What facts do you have to compare FRPP with Steeda or BMR? Why do you assume FRPP parts are worse?

I'm not stating one is better than the other but I do believe Ford Racing puts lots of engineering hours and $$$$ on their products.
I'm strongly considering the FRPP Track Package.

Agree with your sentiment lucasmelobr.

I would guess, based on the product description, that the FRPP sways are biased a little more toward understeer (larger diameter front), are obviously not as adjustable at the firm end, have a sketchy warranty, and have a little more slop with the rubber bushings. Probably a little quieter too. But functionally it seems clear they do the job given the slalom times attributed to the track pack. Seems like a good option, particularly at a discounted price. Certainly on my radar.

FRPP springs are made by Eibach.

At the end of the day, it really depends what one is looking to get out of their set up. STEEDA and BMR has a lot of engineering and proven record behind their products as well. I'm not an Eibach fan so I feel that their springs with the complete FRPP kit is a waste. I'm sure there will be folks who disagree and it is all good. With that said, the dampeners, toe / LCA bearings, and sways IMHO are pretty damn good.
