Not factory. An add on. I think much of what is there is included in the PP1 and 2
Not sure about the PP2 but this is definitely an upgrade from the PP1 bits.

The PP1 is a good upgrade to the base set up but a little too tall and spongy for most people that use their cars for any kind of track duty. The FP-Street suspension uses FP springs(1" lower) with the OEM PP1 struts and shocks . The FP-Track suspension uses the FP springs(1" lower) and the FR3 track struts and shocks. The FP-Track package also come with nice sway bars and other goodies that all work together as a single unit. A very good track/canyon carving setup. The PP2 has Magnaride suspension set up which is whole other level of upgrade.

None of the factory cars come with the toe link bearings from the FPR Kit in the rear, not even the Shelbys. Make it make sense.

Yes it's an add on . You missed the point . I wanted to see what 19s looked like with that kit . I currently have 20s with this kit wheel well spacing is perfect but can't fit fat boy tires. Wanted to see the difference in wheel well gap with 19s

I also wanted to note. I mentioned the PP1 and PP2 to give an idea of what the 19: wheels will fit. Since the cars did not originally come with the Track Package, you would be better off loking to the PP2 for a reference.

The PP1 comes with most of those items except the springs. The Ford spring offered in the pack are advertised as a 1" drop. It is actually closer to .75" That is how it was originally advertised. I purchased and have them on my car. The PP2 cars came with the with springs that lower the car. I believe those are closer to an actual 1" drop but am not sure of the part #. If you see the pictures of the PP2 mustangs, you will gat an idea of what 19" wheel package might fit. The PP2 cars have the 19x11 rear and 19x10.5 on the front, with 305/30ZR19 all the way around. The toe link in the track package will not affect the tire sizes.

Are you meaning equal items or just something in the same spot so things will still fit similarly? The track package in discussion here has shocks, struts, and sway bars that are different from what comes with PP1 and I think even PP2.

Just wanted to see wheel gap with that kit and 19s. I have that kit on my 21 but I have 20s. Wanted to see how much more of a wheel gap there was with one size smaller rims

The overall size of the tire can be the same when comparing. You can have a 20 with a smaller aspect ratio having a similar overall size to a 19 with a larger aspect ratio. I think the PP2 has the same drop as the spring in the track package. That will give you an idea of the wheel gap on a 19 with the given with and aspect ratio. If you find the overall diameter of the tire is the same on both 19 and 20s, the gaps should be the same regardless of rim size.
