They are covered by warranty if you have a dealership install.
I thought the Ford Racing warranty (whatever that is, 3yr/36k or something) takes over if Ford determines the power pack caused a problem, replacing your factory warranty (or extended one). After that, no warranty, maybe I'm wrong though.

From the limited data I have seen, you are better off having your 18 IM ported than buying a GT350 IM.
Yea I wont be changing the manifold. I like my low-end torque.

Obsessively check the FP “packs” section daily. No new updates however it is oddly crashing on their website right now. Here’s to hoping it’s geting updated and we’ll soon be able to spend our money!

This!! ^ I'm hoping they have the same 3 power pack options. I would be picking up number two with the tune, GT350 throttle body and GT350 intake to pair with the stock 18 manifold. Would love to see near 420-430whp on the 10spd auto with this setup and a catback.

You are correct, the FP warranty sublimates the Ford standard 3yr/36k and Drive Train warranty. If it is determined the issue was caused by the Power Pack Ford Performance will pay...in reality you should see not impact from a claim standpoint unless is big boom and they get in a pissing match....I have the PP2 on my '16 GT w/Perf Pack and it was a very nice addition.

I would actually think you'll see much better numbers than this as these are almost stock numbers.

Yes, some links to the power packs are definitely broken. But can be accessed from the main Ford Performance page though. Still, very interesting indeed! Credit card at the ready. Here's hoping...:fingerscrossed:

i agree 420whp is stock, if they do the same 3 power packs, I dont expect as good gains as on the 15-17s until you get a custom tune.

I thought the dynos (SAE at least) were 390-405 for autos and 415-420 for manuals for 18?

Personally my stock 18 A10 went 425 / 402 but it was also last December and temps were very favorable. Seemed about on par from what i have seen from others plus or minus a few.

What gear and what type of dyno? Were those SAE? Would love to see the chart :)

Thanks for sharing indeed. SHould be about 97.3% of the STD horsepower typically to convert to SAE. So figure 413whp / 392tq SAE, either way thats awesome!

No problem. Current mods on same dyno put her at 460 / 414 but was last month in 112 degree heat. So looking forward to what she can do again once it starts cooling off (plus additional mods lol)

Badass! Are you running an E85 tune with that I assume?
