Definitley post your results from the dyno tune. That sux about your car issues. Are you still thinking about swapping to the GT?
Well, now that my service manager is ha fling my car, there seems to be some progress made, we all know the cooling seats have effected all models but I was becoming nervous over the over post condition and the misfiring, hopefully the new programming the out on the vehicle eliminates these issues so that I can tune and enjoy, I already have intake and exhaust and was planning to get an intercooler. I love the EB platform. It's a very affordable performance option from the GT. I will end up with a GT, maybe even buy out this Eco if the problems get fixed and give this one To my wife. But I can't wait to get over to livernois and have them tune me up! Can't wait to make some power

I'm looking forward to seeing your numbers. Livernois has done some great things with this engine. They don't sway much from stock boost levels but are still producing just as much power as the other tuners are. I am almost tempted to do a road trip from Jersey to Livernois for an actual dyno tune LOL.

Thanks, you must be a fan of The Office too?

Trust me, I would love to get a tune from Adam. But, my bad automotive luck (ask me about my 5 day ordeal to replace a tire) has prevented me from doing anything to jeopardize the warranty. I am waiting to see what Ford Racing comes up with. I will probably give in and get the MAP tune eventually, but if I can get a FREE 30hp bump with no effect on the warranty in the meantime, I might as well take it.

I'm SO glad I went aftermarket for tuning. I had already been waiting a while back when I finally gave in and got tuned by LMS but that was back in APRIL and Ford racing hasn't released a SINGLE THING about it since then

Most likely whatever they release will be a disappointment anyway

That wouldn't surprise me in the least. Getting an aftermarket tune from a reputable tune is the best way.

Since these aftermarket tunes seem to be so popular as advertised here ..

Please tell me how much power 1 can expect to see, feel and pay for ?

Depends each tuner gives different gains. The 3 most popular tuners on here each give at least 20hp and over 70 ft/pounds of torque. You can definitely feel the improvement over stock. Costs vary by tuner but starting price is $399 for the sct x4 from Torrie at unleashed.

Torrie is a little more aggressive than the others I think. Joe, chime in if I am incorrect. I know you had the Unleashed tune prior.

I thought he was just a little bit but I was running Adams free ots tune from the Cobb tuner purchase. Now that I have his e-tune that's no longer the case. You can't go wrong with either tuner though. I can't speak on behalf of livernois because I haven't used them.

Yea Livernois had 56hp 87tq but that was old tuning. They've since updated it. I'll be hitting a dyno in the next couple weeks probably.

BTW if anyone in the area wants to meet up I'll be going to West Chester cars and coffee in the morning. There's never a shortage of Ferraris and S550s there

I would love to go but I have to work tomorrow morning and then I am going to the Rutgers game. My girlfriend's brother is a coach for them.

Unleashed will get you 30/75 to the wheels stock IIRC. Chirps, pulls hard to top, firm auto shifts at WOT. Daily driving it's like stock with just a bit of oomph - stealthy. For $400 u get 2 tunes, tuner and free email revisions. Great deal.
