Jaime (@Jmeo) and I went through a few days of trying out watch faces quite some time ago and I hadn't fooled with them since. Not sure what made me think of the darn things this morning but I found that I like a full image as the background rather than a drawing or a masked photo.

Here's the latest and if anyone has a photo, The Watch, and might need some help creating the face, just holler. And yep, that is the "White Lightning" car in Charlotte. <smile>

Well, I suppose that says a good bit about Apple and their devices, KC. I didn't even get intuit until Series 4. (I keep having Glock "Gen 4" on the brain.) SERIES, roger.

Consequently, I don't know the display capabilities of the Series 1.

It can display a photo. I use the modular face as I like more info on the screen rather than just telling time. Thatā€™s why I like smart watches. Not knocking regular watches, just not my thing.

I was that way once, KC. <laughing> But now, with older eyes, I'm not crystal clear closeup and even with the 44mm, I have trouble deciphering some of those "complications." <smile> I'm OK with just time and date and if I need more from the thing, it's there to use. How I would have LOVED to have one of these when I was younger.

Yeah smart watches would have been great 10 years ago but couldnā€™t possibly be done as we lacked the technology to make something this small that could do so much.

Love watches but can't get into the smart watches. Prefer the mechanical watches.
