I know!! I had to go back and look that I did buy it in Feb of '20 and then count the years on my fingers to make sure. Since it is a specialty car and not in production anymore, things tend to slow down here on the forum.
Terrance calls me every so often when he's doing a car show and I try...
Lurker? I guess you can say that... 😄
But seriously, I do like to keep up with what everyone's doing even if I haven't got much to say. Yes, when I was modding the crap out of my car, I was posting daily but now I'm just enjoying it. Will be 4 years next month I've had the 500 and still in...
Thanks, Kent. I'm on here daily believe it or not. There's just not much for me to comment on these days plus I'm more active on other forums. Always good to say HI though. 😊
^^^^ I agree, the white is a bit much. I do like colored inlays though. I would have gone with a titanium color to match the cobra emblems and wheels. They would still be bright but not as stark as white.
I really, really like the design of these wheels....... 😊
Not a Mustang but wanted to share my Katskin photos of my Escape. Had them custom make full (front/rear of seats) Tuskin leather (their softest) with perforated center sections. They perfectly matched the tan interior color of the original seats and added charcoal stitching. Also had them...
If you go with 315/30/20 PS4S's, I recommend to get the FP (Ford Performance) version that were specially made for the GT500 and originally came on the car. They have an "FP" on the sidewall...
In FORScan in the configuration and programming mode, select BdyCM (NOT As Built format) and scroll down to TPM - Placard Front, psi, TMP - Placard, psi and change the psi to what you want.
You are right. What was I thinking..... Mark VII LSC. It was one of the nicest Fords I have ever owned. I ordered it special from the factory with velour seat inserts surrounded by leather instead of the all leather. As you know the LSC had the Mustang 5.0 HO engine and it was a decently...
No, you weren't alone growing up in the sixties and yes I mostly used chrome wheels when going aftermarket. However, in 1986, I decided to go with black wheels on my Lincoln Mark IV LSC. Interestingly, the color was Medium Flemish Blue which was ver similar to FPB but with less green and more...
I've said it before and I'll say it again, the 500 looks best in Rapid Red and those wheels make it pop even more. Kent, I always second guessed my color choice after seeing your car. Absolutely beautiful.
Ok Rick, I am back from my travels and located a blue dial (it's for the Mach-E volume dial) and placed it on the bumper of my FPB 500. You can see it is not a perfect match but when it is in the inside of the car you might not be able to tell. It is actually a bit closer in tone than the...
Hey Brian, what color did you order on your parts?
Rick, I will try to get in touch with Kevin about your color question but I don't think his blue is an exact match to FPB. I also helped Kevin develop the dial covers and start buttons for the Mach-E. I think I have a blue one around here...
Epiphany, Guess what I found? Why doesn't mine have a little hole at the bottom like yours? The one in my car does'nt have one either. The only light I have comes through the hole on the top. If you want it, DM me your address. 😊
Hey Brian, talked to Kevin and yes, he will be offering them in a few colors. Probably ones that are already offered for the gear selector covers. He is in the middle of completely changing his website and a few other large projects and is going to add colors to the drop down option on the...
