Yeah I am considering going that route. Im going to attempt to use some carbide burrs to open enough room to get to the bolts, im getting fairly close and have backed 4 out so far. Will update Monday, working all weekend

There's a TSB for a broken flywheel that says to cut through the flywheel. It looks like they used an air hammer in the example picture.

Not sure if the coyote has a bolt in the front of the crank (I would assume it does, but have seen other ways to attach the harmonic damper and crank sprockets), but just make sure you don’t cause it to unscrew unknowingly doing it that way. You probably would really have to try hard to get that to happen, but I’ve seen a lot of things that “couldn’t happen”.

I have had the fortunate experience of not having to dabble with the front end of my stock coyote so I really don’t know what the torque specs are. This being stuck enough to turn it loose would be hilarious.
But they don’t need to turn it in the direction of loosening! The flywheel just needs to crack loose and that can mean applying a “tightening” force to the crank bolt (that presents it’s own dangers as well lol).

Oh, it would be near impossible to back that out for sure, but near impossible is not the same as impossible - that I have learned the hard way! Where there is a will, there is a way! I’m at the stage with car repair that I’m thinking a couple steps ahead now and my first thought is always “what bad thing could result from what I’m about to do?”

I’m glad you think ahead. During disassembly I just tear everything apart with the full power/air tool arsenal and then purchase anything that breaks LOL.

OoOoO…. I forgot I had this one posted too…. I have posted so many TSB/SSM/GSB’s I can’t remember them all…

Yes, that is the TSB that will help with the jammed MT82 clutch/flywheel issues. Definitely a tedious repair situation that will test frustration and stress levels….
