My car is somewhere in production between the trim installation and final assembly. My worst fear is that my car is sitting there partly assembled when the workers get sent home. The old joke is no one wants a product built on Friday or Monday- how about one that was built spanning a shutdown!!

Mine took 19 weeks from order to delivery back in 2018. IMO, it was worth every minute of the wait. Whether around the block, or cross country, it is an absolute delight to drive.

The chip shortage is affecting everything. The ports are packed and no one is smart enough to use our resources to get things moving again. This is going to be worse than predicted.
