Mine went in for an MOT, service and hopefully eventually fix the a/c on the 14th. I believe it passed the MOT. Still not got it back as they are waiting for parts. Surprisingly It's the evaporator core that needs replacing !! Only told them that's what needs changing the last three times it was in for the same problem.

You're both going to be fucked. Unless you know your MOT testers, annoyingly i know i had an emissions test, as i've got the print out readings from it!

No way of making what americans call "test pipes" and having two flanges the same size as a 200cel cat would be (with their flanges), add flanges to a pipe so you can basically just remove the decat and replace with a cat in seconds? I've had that quoted for the EBM as i'm considering Decatting it for a lil bit more power.

yeah cat replacement pipes thats basically what i'll do cut a chunk out weld a flange on each side of the cut and the cats and just bolt them in mot go home bolt them out not idea as its another joint/bolt/gasket set to keep an eye on but if it gets me through it'll be fine.

Had mine MOT'd a couple of weeks ago. Nothing major - just an advisory about a worn rear suspension arm (which they then replaced under warranty 4 days before it expired  ) and an advisory about uneven front tyre wear - slightly more serious as it turns out the wheel was buckled rather than alignment out, so need to have that fixed, sadly not under warranty. Hit a massive pot hole over the winter which was most probably the cause
