What an amazing car!! As some may know, I've only been able to lurk and post opinions without actual ownership for the last 3 months while waiting for the universe to bring me and my new 19 GT PP1 together. Still work shopping a name somewhere around Rubi and Christine lol. Picked her up with 3.9 on the clock and preceded to drive all over the place to park her at the end of day 1 with 167 miles on said clock. Today's mission after work is to rearrange the garage and move my work bench. Stupid new houses and their tiny garages lol.

So reading over posts the last 3 months worried me about a few things like low end torque, and fitment issues. Upon arrival at the dealership I took a long time just going over all the seems in the body work and making sure everything lined up witch it all did. The entire dealer experience was great but my sales guy has a modded 18 GT PP1 and is a true enthusiast and now friend. I was able to compartmentalize and make sure I got a good deal based on my credit score and financial stuffs (I had 3 months to prepare). After leaving the dealership, I drove the long way everywhere getting a feel for her and generally in an absolute automotive high. This car is extremely comfortable and I had zero cares about going 10 under the speed limit because of the person in front of me doing so for no apparent reason. It was day one and full of novelty so I'm 100% sure that will fade quick lol. My commute to work and again on my way home will be full of detours likely doubling or tripling my distance traveled. Everything works as intended and per the manual I've kept it under 4k rpm and taking it really easy. In doing so, I can already tell there is an absolute beast waiting for that 1k miles mark to be unleashed. Coming from a Mini Cooper JCW that I modified pretty well, I enjoy the space although not too much more. As you can see in the pics it's a tight fit in the garage but it'll be rectified ASAP. I have a ton of mods that will happen eventually but as of now (day 2), I'm not in any rush at all.

Congrats!!! Very nice color! I've owned my '15 LE for a little over two years and I am excited each time she fires up. If you lose that feeling it's time to find something else. Looking at your garage pics I would spend some time moving everything that can fall down or over on that Mustang. Accidents happen and you don't want something to dent or scratch her. Once you move the workbench it looks like you'll have plenty of room up front. Congrats and she's a beauty!

How'd you get out of the car in that garage? That's a tight squeeze! I got lucky with my garage in my community since the plot it was built on required the garage to be a little bigger than normal compared to the other houses. I still want an even bigger garage though, but I can fit both of my cars in to the point where there is enough space in the middle to get in-between them fine.

Congrats on the car!

Mine is a tight fit in the garage too, having to share space with our boat makes it even tighter! I am slowly making more space but if I gain any weight it will make getting in/out of the Mustang almost impossible. ;) View attachment 364299

Yep I'm going to move a lot of things and hang things up elsewhere too. Been lazy but now for the good of "her", I will do better lol

Thanks! That's why I had to give it a little angle when I parked, so my fat ass can get in and out lol

Congrats - mine is a tight fit as well - at least you have two garage doors - I have one double door - I have to park at a slant next to my wife's car - very tight fit. Also I noticed when waxing it in the garage so that I can get in front of it - that the rear hangs out. Wish my garage was wider and longer. Two car garage my a__.

Congrats - it is sweet.

Did 2 mods this morning. Made the engine bay look better AND the wall of my garage too! Probably increased property value....

Couple things: I do have the 2k rpm rattle thing going on, gonna have to find the threads on it to remember if that was fixable or like the bbq tick and we just deal with it. Other thing that’s weird is at a dead stop, sometimes putting it in first gear will make a clunking sound come from the diff or driveline maybe? It seems to happen only sometimes when maybe the gearing isn’t aligned or something. Meh, warranty if it ends up being an issue....Other than those few things, I’m 100% happy. First car I’ve cared this much for. First car I’ve sat down and stared at while eating lunch. First car I’ve had actual sex wi....I mean lol kidding....maybe...

575 on her when I pulled into the garage today. Next weekend should be oil change time and then I can really see what she does. I also have a box of minor goodies coming in Monday but don’t worry, I won’t post a video on YouTube of me opening it up and making drama needlessly.

Great weekend for sure! Took extra time off and did a photo shoot with my bro and his new car (pics to come!) and a few mods before it happened. I put in MP Concepts upper and lower grilles, Accelatec rear deck lid, and OEM black 5.0 emblems. Then I spent the time and energy with Griot's clay mitt and speed wax and then actual wax after. Enjoy the pics, I know I do!!! Not bothering with install write ups as there are tons online that do better than I ever would lol.
