I installed Texas speed headers a couple weeks ago and have been chasing false knock ever since, I've tried 3 different tunes, two new tunes from vmp and the old tune that didn't have any knock last season, I moved the motor over slightly to the driver side to make sure there was plenty of clearance on the passenger side, adjusted all the clamps to make sure the studs faces down on all of them, the exhaust is very tight like almost no movement at all, so o thought maybe it's too tight, I removed the mounts at the rear cradle to see if allowing it some give would help and it didn't, I've checked all the ac likes I can fit at least a finger between the header and ac stud on the passenger side, I may remove it anyway but there are no signes of it touching, 3/4-1" around the steering shaft but I wrapped the header there anyway, there is a slight leak at the mid pipe connections but it's very slight not enough to really make a ticking noise but I can see water drip from there on a cold start and feel a slight amount of exhaust escaping, I've tried adding a bottle of torco to make sure it's false knock and it has the exact same amount either way, 3 different gas stations to rule out bad gas, at part throttle and cruising there is 0 knock but as soon as it hits wot it jumps into the positive knock, if I ease into it while holding a gear it tends to be lower than just mashing the gas, I'm running out of ideas anybody with some odd ball stuff that it could be
