Hello guys, I am currently having a knock sensor going positive up to 1.5 degree positive at speed of 90-100 mph curise. I do not often have a knock sensor going positive, but sometimes less than 1 on normal driving. I have checked the exhaust system and it was clear. What would be the possible problem? I had a BAMA tune with intake, but I got rid of all, and it is all stock except for wheels tires exhaust springs and k&n filter. Would be wonderful if I can get some help.
Thank you!

Could be anything unfortunately.

My car registers upto +6.00 if I do a really harsh shift, particular 2-3 that is abrupt on the driveline. If I shift smoother then the knock is less or zero.

You need to go over:
- entire exhaust, make sure nothing touches and hit the exhaust with a rubber hammer to make sure its a solid dong noise.
- Engine block plate, make sure its not rattling, or try undoing, putting on a bead sealant and re-tighten.
- Check manifold, fuel rail, CAI bolts/screws are all tight, nothing loose.
- Make sure your boot is empty of tools.
- Make sure there are no bolts, tools dropped down in the engine bay or found there way into subframe.
- Make sure the knock sensors are tight.

Unfortunately our knock sensors are very sensitive, this is also a good thing, but any metal on metal contact throughout the car can set of the knock sensor.

Or of course BAD TUNE! To rule this out put some race gas in the car to get the Octane towards 100, if your knock still exist then it is pretty much 100% false knock, so go over the above.
