It’s not an exhaust issue, sounds like your engine is surging. What do the RPM’s look like?

The rpms seem to hold steady like they usually do

The RPMs can’t be steady lol. Take a video showing us the steady RPMS?

It sounds like the exhaust flap is opening and closing rhythmically. Is it both of them, or just one side?

Isn’t the AWE Switch Path a catback? How can you have 2 catbacks on the car?

I just tried to take a vid to recreate noise and show the RPMS but I just drove it not too long ago and it seems to only do it on a true cold start.

Here’s another vid I have of it with the valves closed on a cold start

No it’s a modification you add to your exhaust

What is the modification? Is it an extra set of valves? Maybe that’s the problem, the valves aren’t operating properly in a cold start scenario.

It lets you manually open and close the valves with a remote so they don’t close on their own on cold starts or in 6th gear. It was actually making that little rattle in the video posted above with the valves closed before I added the switch patch

Not sure if you can physically see the valves in the exhaust or not, but if not, maybe listening at the back of the car when it’s happening will be able to indicate if it’s one side or both sides that are opening and closing. If it’s one side, it may be a faulty actuator that lost its position sensor. If both sides, it may be a controller issue. Perhaps the manufacturer has a trouble shooting path to follow or maybe even has come across this issue before.

Here you go a video of the RPMS holding steady like I said lol. I can hear a beep every time it goes back and forth so there’s definitely something malfunctioning with the exhaust

It's most likely a loose clamp or something else that stops vibrating once it gets hot.
