Sweet. What pulley did you use? The 120?

What was max timing at WOT entrichment and what was your lambda?

Those are the things that most people should be focusing on. The car will make what it will make on "safe" parameters.

Whatever the tuner generally runs out to on the dyno, I'd ask them to back off a couple of degrees (for safety) and if they're at .82 lambda, I'd ask them to fatten a little to .75-.78 lambda.

Of course that will reduce power and torque, but ask yourself, if you could add 50% safety by sacrificing 30 hp, would you take that?

Of course, if you KNOW you have quality fuel all the time (or you're adding OB to every tank) then you can run it out to where most tuners claim it's safe to live.

Nice numbers for 93, now time to throw a fuel system at it and E85 haha

How do you like the sound and the pull on the ESS. I was leaning towards Whipple but now ESS sounds pretty cool (this on a daily driver btw).

I love the sound. As long as you don’t mind it all the time(I don’t) you’ll love it too. It drives just like stock but with a lot more power. It’s linear and alittle easier to get out of the hole. I have had a few positive replacement blowers and they are fun and instant power but alittle harder to control. This kit with the 10sp is tits.

I will have to pull my logs back up. I will be running some boostane or vmp additive just to mix it to 95 octane, that will give me some wiggle room while hopefully saving as many plug changes as I can

Looks awesome! Glad to see youre part of the ess team. Couldnt agree with you more with the great spin control this setup has, i personally run all seasons and it holds enough, a pd would never allow me to do that

I just did a short pull but it spun. Lamda was .78 timing was 16 with -4 knock
So max timing was 20 and the knock sensors are taking 4 degrees out or Max timing is 16 and KS are bringing it down to 12?

Negative on the knock retard is adding timing. Probably 12° commanded and 4° added via knock sensor logic for a final timing value of 16°. 16-17° is pretty standard (from the big name tuners) for 93 octane and the air this is moving on the 120mm pulley.
