Why would you wanna run a 125mm on a G4 totally defeats the purpose of buying a G4???

My car with G3 e85 and 125mm pulley has ran a 5.5 60-130 to give idea of power
I know, it's more for a conversation piece. I think the largest pulley you can put on a G4 is a 105, which might be too much for a stock motor.

Same concept as a 3.8 Whipple vs a 3.0.

Seen people run the 10 rib pulley on a 6 rib everything else. Wonder if you could do the same but opposite?

Maybe. idk, if it would work that way. 10 rib everything with a 6 rib belt/blower pully should work fine, but a 10 rib belt would not work on any of the 6 rib stuff.

Hi, I am about to purchase G3 for my Mustang GT 2021 Automatic. Currently running e85 Lund tune and have full exhaust with LTH. Other thing stock. Did the dyno and got 484 WHP and 438 LbFt torque. Planning to stay with E85 Lund tune.
1. How much power do I expect from G3 supercharger?
2. What other mods do I need for maximum power? (intake manifold? throttle body?)
3. Also, have 20x9.5 wheels (all 4) with 275 35 20 Michelin PS4S. Do you recommend to change this setup for a new supercharger install? Thank you

Doing my install today. Pretty far along actually considering I've never done anything with this car other than a shifter.

One potential issue I'm seeing is that the charge pipe that goes from the MAF tube to the throttle body is rubbing on the rad fan shroud no matter what I do or how I adjust it. The install guide pic suggest this might be ok but I can't tell for sure.

I attached some pics.

@Brevin@ESS tag as well.

Looks like you can shorten the end that goes on the throttle body so it doesn’t touch the fan shroud.

Power depends on the pulley size you're going with, I have the G2 with a 120mm pulley, G3 Intercooler on 93, and was told by Lund I may be making low to mids 600s, on e85 will be a lot more
No need for a new TB or manifold you will need a full fuel system for E85 if that's what you want to run, but I upgraded my thermostat and did an IMRC delete along with this kit
And with may want to go 305's, I have 305's on just the rear and still spin.

Based on videos I've been watching, you might be right. Want to confirm with @Brevin@ESS before I start hacking up parts though!

That’s interesting, haven’t seen one touch the fan shroud like that. You can shorten the TB end a bit to gain clearance. Even if it’s just lightly touching it will be ok, it’s 5 ply silicone.

does anything in my install pics look wrong? do you need any other pics to compare? it's concerning that I might need to trim if that's not normal...

No everything looks good to me, if it’s just barely touching I wouldn’t worry about it. If you’re not in a hurry I can also swap that hose out with a different one if you’d prefer.

ok, i'll look at this a bit closer and see if a bit of trimming needs to happen. it felt pretty sandwiched, but I've been at it all day, so i'll check it again tomorrow and see what's up. would you recommend a hose swap instead?

Trimming about an inch seemed to do the trick, now it's just a slight contact.

One other question about vacuum routing: I got the drivers side pcv hooked to the inlet tube, and the one connector into the T where the BOV goes, but I'm not sure what goes into the other side:

(I tried to call ess support, but they aren't open yet)
