Trimming about an inch seemed to do the trick, now it's just a slight contact.

One other question about vacuum routing: I got the drivers side pcv hooked to the inlet tube, and the one connector into the T where the BOV goes, but I'm not sure what goes into the other side:

(I tried to call ess support, but they aren't open yet)

If your car is a gen 2 it should have two lines that went to the factory air inlet and the other line will go to the T fitting. I have seen a few Gen 2 cars have only 1 line going to the factory air inlet. If that is the case I can send you the straight fitting with one connector to replace the T. For now just cap off the one end that isn’t used and run the BOV line to the middle port.

2017 coyotes have 1 less vacuum line on the intake tube.

Here is the factory air box

As long as the green lock fitting goes back to the TB and the right angle fitting fitting on top of the charge hose in the middle of the second pic to back together, I have no other lines....

Yeah looks like yours only has the one. New fitting is already on its way.

Am I missing something or can you not reinstall the 2 black angle supports since the intercooler pipes are in the way?

I have read they must be removed or beaten into bending enough that there is clearance.

IT RUNS! NO EXPLOSIONS!

@Brevin@ESS the idle whine on this thing is no joke. By chance did I get straight cut gears by mistake?

How long did it take you to do the installation?

1.5 working days. About 12hrs. I also locked out imrc's at the same time. I've never been into this engine so I went real slow.

Nice! Do the imcr's always have to be locked out when adding boost?

They don't have to, but your tuner needs to know one way or the other. Mine told me they aren't needed as boost negates their need. So I locked it out.

Perhaps a dumb move: the sensor that is attached to the front crash bar (ambient air temp?) I accidentally left hanging and also didn't secure the wiring bundle to the steeda crash bar I installed. I just got done bolting the front bumper back on. Do I need to take it back apart now? If so, how should I secure that sensor so that it's correct?
