Engine ticking / knocking... Help!

I would be concerned with cylinder wash down with amount of fuel in the oil. Tune should be looked at.

Have you taken any logs recently to check the lambda? If your car is running really rich, you can look at the plugs and tell.

Until the fuel dilutes it again.

Do you do lots of short journeys in the car?

What would short journeys cause? I don't feel like I do them too often.

The tune has been finalized for a while now, and I've never ran into this issue until recently. I've had the tune for like 9 months now.

I will take some logs, and check out the plugs. On the last logs at WOT the car was pulling around an average of about 12.0 AFR

can the car run so rich that it ruins the oil and not set off a CEL ? How else can gas get into the oil ? I would get the car looked at by a mechanic asap. One that has the fancy Ford scan tool. Gasoline in the engine oil sounds like it could do bad things to an engine.

12.0:1 WOT is lean especially with FI. I'm assuming that Lund tuned your car. When I was tuned by Lund, mine was around 11.2:1 which is a little rich.
