Help with a knocking sound !

following a prior thread i have changed to a 3.625 pulley, better tune, installed a QA1 CF driveshaft and g force half shafts with mntic clutch, i keep getting a knocking sound when at WOT. First thought was new DS but when not on WOT i can get to red line progressively and no knock, so DS would seem balanced. When on WOT kncking sound starts at say 6k revs. THere is no vibration at all through the gear stick when knocking happens so clutch and gearbox would seem ok, i dont get pulled left or right. SO it could be poor diff or suspension set up? I hace cradle lock out kit etc. Have any other SC guys had any problems with IRS set up or the diff - it could possibly be either just looking for clues to those who have been there?

yes we had it on a ramp and pulled, pushed and rotated all the wheels - all were fine
