My 18 A10 EBPP runs really consistent 6.1's, with a single 6.0 after I got a little heat in the P-Zero's. So far, I've put the car in drag mode, shifter in S, and rev the engine to 1200-1500. 11k miles, 93 octane since day 1, and around 600' elevation. Everything is stone stock at the moment - but a larger IC is in the mail.
That’s so strange.

Also with a Turbo car, altitude has a lessor effect than with a NA engine...
Lesser effect, true, but compressing that thin air creates a hotter charge. I’m going to go test drive a 10 spd eco today. There’s no way my stock 16 a6 car should outrun them.

Yeah, I’m not entirely pleased with that, but the reality is it takes power to move mass. I installed my autoX tires today - Bridgestone RE-71R’s in 275/35-19, and did a couple runs. First was a 6.5 with wheel spin, second was a 5.9 that hooked well. Launch rpm was around 1200. FYI, the 5.6 best below was slightly downhill... that definitely helps...

My 5.0 would destroy my 2007 4.6 3v GT.
Ok... Kinda weird flex since no one questioned the ability of the Coyote vs. 4.6 3v... Now for the topic on hand.

Using the specs for 2007 3v since that's what you mentioned:

4.6 3v 2.3 EB
300 HP 310 HP
320 lb/ft 350 lb/ft

Now 2007 3v's about 50 lbs lighter than the EB and live axel's supposed to be better than IRS for drag racing, but are they enough to overcome 10 HP and 30 lb/ft difference? Sounds more like a driver's race than one destroying another.

The numbers don't/shouldn't lie, so it probably would be a drivers race.

The best time I've done so far is 5 seconds, launching at around 1500rpm. I live in Puerto Rico so temperatures here at 80-90 all year long. I have a 2018 base EB with a Ford gt350 CAI, mishimoto IC, stock tires, and cvfab downpipe.

I think destroy is a strong word. Stock for stock it might have a couple tenths or so but I hardly consider that destroying the eco.

Equal drivers a 2010 GT should put down a 13.2 to 13.3, an eco should do about 13.4 to 13.5. I'll take that, considering the eco has half the cylinders and displacement.
I have a 2006 GT and a 2018 Ecoboost. Both are stock and on the same dragstrip, with similar DA, the Ecoboost is quicker. It runs 13.20s, while the best the GT could do is 13.60s. Also, the Ecoboost can do a 5.0 0-60.

Apparently I need to move to Delaware. I haven't been able to get near those times. The da sucks here. Congrats on having the fastest stock 18 ecoboost
