Never felt the need to have AC Seats as long as the Air Conditioning is working properly. When its a bit to hot and humid, I simply go "topless" with the A/C on. True, the cooling is accomplished through the traditional Vents in the Dash but it seems to work adequately.

You don't need heated seats with cloth really.

Dunno about cooled seats but I don't have swamp ass.....

Does anybody else find it ironic that a person with the screenname "Spartan" is all over the threads complaining about the lack of options on the 2015/2016 V6 Mustang?

Good point (but) for those of us that simply prefer the 3.7 V6 Engine option over the EB 2.3 I4 or the 5.0 V8 GT, the lack of upgradeable features is frustrating. Why Ford eliminated the former "Stone" Cloth interior, now referred to as "Ceramic" in the Base V6 Fastback/Coupe and Convertible leaving Ebony Black as the only interior is a bit puzzling. Certainly (cost) couldn`t have been the reason.

People can easily get used to upgrades that others find unnecessary. It's one of those "can't miss what you've never had" type of thing that justifies the absence of some upgrades.

Exactly. We know why Ford is doing it. They want to strip it to force you up into their EB engine. It's a ---- move.

That's exactly the reason. Originally there wasn't even going to be a v6 but fleet and rental companies went nuts. So ford continued the v6 for a while.

They are trying to use ford decision against them now. Trying to take advantage of what they see as a bad decision. Only time will tell if it was right or not.

I agree with fords direction and philosophy but I would have done it different. I would not have charged more for the EB. Made base price for EB and v6 same. Your choice. But still limited the v6 to base model only to drive the decision to the EB. But, I'm not a corporate officer so I probably have the wrong idea lol

Thanks! I do love my WW. I wasn't so sure about it when I ordered it (was going to get a loaded yellow gt when offered this car) but I don't regret it now. I love it the second I saw it in person.

I don't think they could sell the EB at the same price as the V6. I think the V6 is here purely to start at under $24,000. The thing is though, it's still a great engine that it still has enough advantages to be more attractive over the eco to a lot of people.

I feel like Ford is pretty all in on ecoboost so they force most non-GT buyers into it. Oh well it is what it is, at least it's still here. Niche engine for people like me who just don't want a turbo car.

Oh I didn't say I would lower the price of the EB. I said I would price them the same. Big difference hehe. There is a time a company may have to cut its profit on new technology until it's proven though. Now would be the time. Make more on the v6's and less on EB.

They are definitely all in. In 2010 they made public that 90% of their product line (I think that's the %age I recall) would be small displacement turbocharged applications by 2020, with the mustang gt being the main hold out. I hope that stays that way personally
