I ordered my car on 12/31. I also submitted a valid X-Plan Pin and EAA Pin. The company computer immediately accepted the X-Plan. However, even up today, 01/02, my dealer was having trouble getting Ford to accept the EAA rebate. Their excuse is that yesterday was a Holiday. The problem is the EAA plan ends 01/03 and 01/05, depending on which document you read. It was great that Ford put an end date on the EAA plan which is surrounded by a National Holiday and a weekend.
My gut instinct is telling me that Ford will refuse the $750 EAA rebate even tho' I submitted it about a week ahead of the dead end. I think that Ford is going to say that it was my dealer's fault for not knowing how to submit the EAA rebate correctly, and my dealer saying that it was Ford's fault for not having any office open for nearly a week at the end of plan's deadline and that I should have ordered earlier.
As I have suggested, tell your dealer to search their Dealer Connection site for Ford Incentive Protection Program. They can register your order for it and then there is a phone number the can call with any issues or problems or there is the help email address. Or contact the email address that I initially contacted. All the info is in this thread.

As I posted earlier "Talk to your sales guy and point them to search for the program on Dealerconnection and or contact the department via [email protected] or 877-296-9427."

No, you need to log into EAA Ford Partner site from here:

https://www.eaa.org/en/eaa/eaa-membership/eaa-member-benefits/save-with-eaa-affinity-benefits-and-discounts/ford-partner-recognition-program

Then search for Ford X-Plan, choose the first result for Ford Partner Recognition Program, then scroll down and choose US Members and it will take you to the X-plan site. At the bottom of that page you will see the offer of 750.00 for EAA members. Click Register Now and follow instructions.

Or you may be able to try this direct link:

Do it man!! Easy way to save $750:cheers:
It's happening son! :D

Make sure you give the info to your dealer and if they don't know about it tell them to search for it on their Dealer Connection site. They will need to register for it based on all the info I have found. There is also a help email address and a phone number I posted earlier in this thread.
Thanks for the tip. I'm taking your I advice; just texted my dealer and told him I'll swing by tomorrow to pull this thread up and make sure I can get some kind if confirmation.

He says the car might even be here as early as the 5th!

Yikes! Mon 1/5 is just around the corner. I sincerely hope for those that don`t sign their P & S Agreement by 1/5, everything ultimately works out for you. I personally rather have the $1250 (in my pocket) and have the 0.9% Financing for 36 months written up as a done deal when the clock strikes 12:00 AM on 1/6 regardless if I drive my S550 home a week later, just saying......IMO.

Just got a phone call from my dealer. I placed my order on 12/31. I was worried that with the EAA 'deadline' being Jan 3-5, that my rebate eCertificate would not be accepted. Most of Ford is closed until Jan 5.
My dealer used the Incentive Protection Program. He told me that there had been no hassle at all. Implied that the Program people were expecting more dealer calls.
As long as you have an eCertificate generated before the deadline, the Incentive Program is going to honor the $750 rebate. He did not say if the eCertificate PIN had to be submitted before the deadline, just that it
had to be valid pre-deadline.
He also mentioned that the $500 direct rebate from Ford was dead after Jan 5, but that something was going to be done about it also. He mentioned that he thought that the direct rebate would be increased
sometime before my car's delivery and that I would be eligible for that instead.

Apparently I cannot use this because I am not using the X-Plan. If I use the X-Plan with the $750 rebate i will end up paying more than my current deal.

Let me get this right, your "Deal" is better then getting a S550 Mustang at X-Plan Pricing which is .4% over Invoice with a $275 Dealer Administration Fee and Max Dealer Prep Fee of just $100 where allowed by local State Law (minus) an additional EAA $750 Cash Discount? Ok, where do we sign up?

It is. I got it for $1200 under invoice + the $500 dream big and $230ish in fees and that includes tag transfer.

That's what the dealer told me, I am not sure how far they looked into it.
Ask them to enter it into the computer anyway. It costs them nothing.
