My Salesman just informed me that my car landed at the rail yard, should be delivered beginning of the week.

In discussing the Black Friday rebate and this EAA Coupon.

The eCoupon does not show in Vincent for my car. He called Ford Marketing and they stated it is a valid coupon but the car needs to be reported sold for it to be applied to the deal.

Because my dealer is not going to float $750 on a promise from a marketing department they will report my car sold (Mines a cash deal anyway) and it should post the following day.

The other issue is the Black Friday Rebate, it expires Monday 12/1. By reporting the car sold on Monday in theory I get both the Black Friday and the eCoupon savings of $1250. I will take the money for the one or two days of warranty.

I know this EAA coupon has been questioned by several people were some had it accepted no problem and others ran into road blocks. I hope this clears up some confusion.

Of course you all know what this means, my deal will be done on 12/1 on paper and then Ford will either extend or expand the Black Friday Rebate on 12/2  :D

Smart move on your part. Dating the Purchase and Sale Agreement the last day of a $750 Special Cash Offer before it expires is well worth giving up even a week or two or Warranty coverage, IMO.

That's basically how my deal went down. My other choice was to pay the $750 and get a check back from Ford. I liked this way better.
