As I have suggested, tell your dealer to search their Dealer Connection site for Ford Incentive Protection Program. They can register your order for it and then there is a phone number the can call with any issues or problems or there is the help email address. Or contact the email address that I initially contacted. All the info is in this thread.I ordered my car on 12/31. I also submitted a valid X-Plan Pin and EAA Pin. The company computer immediately accepted the X-Plan. However, even up today, 01/02, my dealer was having trouble getting Ford to accept the EAA rebate. Their excuse is that yesterday was a Holiday. The problem is the EAA plan ends 01/03 and 01/05, depending on which document you read. It was great that Ford put an end date on the EAA plan which is surrounded by a National Holiday and a weekend.
My gut instinct is telling me that Ford will refuse the $750 EAA rebate even tho' I submitted it about a week ahead of the dead end. I think that Ford is going to say that it was my dealer's fault for not knowing how to submit the EAA rebate correctly, and my dealer saying that it was Ford's fault for not having any office open for nearly a week at the end of plan's deadline and that I should have ordered earlier.
