MCOA X Plan and EAA $750 (Looking for real experience, not conjecture)

My dealer called and said they have pretty close to the car I'm looking for. I have been a member of MCOA for a while, so I figured I'd go ahead and sign up for EAA and try to use the 750$ as well. I've read through the EAA threads but can't find good answers.

Two questions:

1. I thought it would be under "Special Offers" on the Ford Partner site, but I filled that out and haven't received anything yet. Is this the right way to do it?

2. Has anyone used something like an MCOA X Plan PIN and the signed up for the EAA $750 and used the $750 within a few days?

Yes, I signed up for EAA about 10 days before I bought my car. I had the MCA xplan but used the EAA and the 750 when I went to buy. I brought them a print out of my membership page and my receipt for membership to EAA.

I got the x-plan price and the 750 coupon. The finance guys was shocked and was planning on buying a 2015 in a few weeks and asked me all the details on how I did it.

I got a great (fair) price and drove off the lot with one of the first 2015's in my area.

I also got the cool EAA monthly magazines to throw under my coffee table for reading later

The car needs to be reported as sold, the dealer needs to submit the $750 coupon, 24 hours later the dealer will have confirmation in their system. This way it comes off the price of the car and you are not waiting for a check. Some dealers will make you wait some will credit it up front. I used EAA Pin and $750.

i took the car home the same day i signed so i guess thats why.

So, today I bought my car and had the EAA cert, and they had issues finding it in the system however I let them know that it takes 24 hours to show up as has been mentioned a few times on the forum. So they honored it after a little research, but it was 20 or so min of me insisting that it was indeed a valid offer.

My dealer called today and said the $750 worked now. So I will be receiving a check. Guess I should have read more about it on here before taking delivery, but receiving a check doesn't really bother me either.

As to the original question in the thread. Another affrimative that you can use a MCA Pin and get the EAA rebate.

Yup, I actually used it to get my car yesterday! Race Red GT Premium. My last three cars were a GMC, Audi TT, and 2011 Mustang GT, and this thing blows them all out of the water. I love it!

Lets clear up the mystery of what active X-Plan Pin# can be used with "any" Programs, Rebates, or Cash Incentives. If you have an active and current Ford X-Plan Pin# issued to you my MCOA, EAA, Ford Shareholders Services, or any other recognized Ford Friends & Family Partner affiliates, (ANY) active/current X-Plan Pin# will work. The Pin# does (not) have to match the particular Partner or Offer. Only the expiration date of both the Offer, Cash Back Incentive and the Pin#`s expiration date matters. Case Closed!
