That is certainly the implication. In CA we have the same stickers on pumps and we have EtOH > 85% (often ~ 88-90%) year round. Double check in the winter where EtOH content decreases in colder climes. I don't know if KY will get a "winter blend". Either way, congrats on getting the 180 proof stuff.

Class 1 is summertime E85, and needs to have a minimum of 79 percent ethanol (so even E85 doesn't have to be E85). Class 2's ethanol minimum is 74%, and Class 3, wintertime ethanol, is 70 percent.

A pump with “Flex Fuel” label I believe can be from 51-83%.

Not sure how rules differentiate from region/supplier etc these days.

Bring a test tube. Only way to be sure.

My local Thortons says 51-83% . I’ve tested multiple times winter and summer, Always about 70%
my flex tune loves it but it would be cool to see how 90% feels.
I run 93 in the winter.
