E85 tune for 5.0

Hello everyone,

I will start off by saying I am fairly new to ford vehicles and lack higher knowledge when it comes to the coyotes and any fords for that matter. That being said I just purchased a 2019 Mustang GT A10 with quite a few mods and tuned on 93 by LUND. So my question is with the mods listed below, what all do u need in order to switch to e85, besides the tune of course. And the main question is : do I need a fuel return system in order to run e85.

MOD LIST:

Tune by LUND on 93
ESS Supercharger w/ 120 mm pulley
ESS Intake & Intercooler
Long Tube Headers
Steeda X-Pipe
ID1050x injectors
DW415 fuel pump

For any big name tuner yes you will need a return fuel system.

Lund will require a return system to run E85 boosted. They tend to suggest a FORE system but other brands will suffice.

Your current injectors are up to the task so that’s a good start.

Hello, Hasan! These are great questions, actually.
To run E85 in your car with a boosted application, I would say you're gonna need a full return style fuel system. Outside of the custom tune like you mentioned, of course. 100% need a fuel system. Any tuner worth a damn will not touch it without one. You should hit up beefcake. He's been a great vendor and mustang parts supplier for years.

For E85 on your application you will need a return style fuel system and the custom tune like you said. Over at lethal we have our own fuel system that I recommend to everyone and actually run myself!
