I plan on dropping the rear diff to install the Fluix rear diff cover and replace the pinion seal while I have the diff down.
I have the CB005, SP085, Steeda vertical links, rear adj shocks and shock mounts. Is there any nuts, bolts, bushings, etc. that I should change out or get?

You shouldn't need to replace the pinion seal if you're just replacing the rear cover. Is there a reason you need to?

I would get this:
https://www.lethalperformance.com/lethal-performance-s550-extreme-diff-bolt-upgrade-kit.html

And use the sleeves from that kit in the rear diff bushings. They take up the ~3 mm oversize between the bushing and the bolt, improving bolt durability and bushing life. You could also install the whole kit and through-bolt the front ears for durability.

@Brian@BMVK Are there seals for the half shafts where they go in the pumpkin?

I asked if they would ship those bushes separately but got a negative response :frown:

I have also asked about the size so I could get some made locally (U.K.) and got conflicting information :frown:

If anyone could help it would be really appreciated :like:

Figured that. You wouldn't happen to have the stock numbers?
This may be worth you keeping on record if you are messing around with your diff :

If it helps, here is the parts list for the diff rebuild kit (supplied to me by ford performance) :

Whenever I drop the differential I'll take some measurements.

Thanks for the sheet
