Disconnect Differential Cooler or Drop with Cradle?

I'm making some minor chassis and suspension mods to my Mach 1 plus I'm installing Watson Roll Bar backing plates, while the rear cradle is out of the way, and I don't know if I should disconnect the cooler lines at the differential cover or leave the system intact when I lower the rear cradle. Any recommendations? Thank you.
