Delayed E85 Warm Starts w/ FIC Injectors

I was looking at getting a set of FIC 1000 injectors and running E85 soon. I was told that I should get ID1050s because the FIC 1000s have a delayed start when the car is warm that is similar to a cold start on E85. Has anybody had this issue with FIC injectors?

There have been some instances of this reported with the FIC 1000s but it’s not uniform across every set. With how many people have FIC 1000s, it doesn’t seem extremely common.

I run fic1000cc on a Gen2 with no issue's in cold weather it starts hard duration the thickness of e85 but not a problem

Yes, ive had experienced the same with my FIC 1000. Im now on E85.

Yes, ive had experienced the same with my FIC 1000. Im now on E85.
When i was N/A I never had a problem, I'm in Florida. I'm tuned by Rob Shoemaker, sounds like sonthing in the tune

I think someone had mentioned its certain fic 1000s or something like to that effect. It would happen (as a hot start, not cold) and on some occassions so I dont think it was tune related being that it wasnt an ongoing prob. I think it was more the FIC 1000 for whatever reason or I just go the "lucky ticket" on those FICs. Tuned by Wengerd and zero issues in terms of tuning/performance. Im wiling to compare the Good Ol' Rob, Lund and PBD tune vs. WENGERD if they are willing to send their file at no charge 😃 On a serious note, I dont think it was a tuning issue. Never hurts to prime the Pumps as well.
