anyone found a dash kit yet for the base gt stereo?
picked up car last night and cant believe it doesnt have sirius.. i think i got a 2015 not a 1999.. really..
anyways.. ill just change out the whole unit but i cant find any dash kits...

If you want to upgrade the MyFordTouch infotainment system you can upgrade to Sync 3 with Sirius here, look at post #11 http://www.mustang6g.com/forums/showthread.php?t=54439. I had a 2015 base GT and the one things I disliked the most was the MyFordTouch infotainment system. I ended up special ordering a 2016 GT Premium with the 401a package just for that reason. If I had known about the OEMRadio Sync 3 upgrade I would have saved myself about $14K and done the Sync 3 upgrade for about $1500, still expensive but a lot less in the long run. There aren't that many other options for aftermarket radios because the infotainment system is so integrated with H/Vac system in the S550 Mustangs. Sync 3 fixes most of the things I didn't like about MyFordTouch but not all of them, but its the best you are probably going to get.
