2018 Base Model Dash Kits / Radios

So I have a 2018 Base model that i'm looking to upgrade the 4' screen in. I'm aware of the various options: Tesla Units, Seicane, Sync 3 Upgrade, Metra, Soche, Tomtop.

BUT, all I see these mentioned compatible for are 2015-2017 models. I have reached out to the manufacturers (Metra, Seicane etc.) and they all say "they are not sure" if it is compatible for 2018-2019 models. The infotainment systems look exactly the same to me in 2018/19 or 2015-2017 base models.

If anyone has any of the above units installed on a 2018 or 2019 base model please post in here. These vendors are hopeless when it comes to 2018/19 models I just want to see what's compatible before I buy one and cannot return it.

It should all be the same if it's the base model. The tesla unit worked fine in my 2018 mustang. The only one that might be a little different is the new b&o premium system. The harness might be different, but I'm not sure.
